We will be having a stand at Loughborough Party in the Park on 25th June

This is said to be Loughborough’s favourite family fun day out. It is held in   Queen’s Park on Saturday 25th June from 12 noon to 5.00pm. Picnic in the Park will have over 40 stalls and five performance areas. This year’s event includes a special visit by the Salt Simmerers form Germany, old favourites like Bill Brookman fresh from Britain’s Got Talent, and well known local bands Ska-Amanga and Kelly’s Heroes. There will be an opportunity to hear a host of other local musicians through the Market Town project, dancers from a range of different cultures  

We will be at Loughborough Open Gardens 12 -5pm 11th June if you want to see how others garden and have a chat about composting. We will be at 94 Herrick Road

I am giving a talk at Stathern Garden Club in the Plough Inn, Stathern  at 8pm on Wednesday 1st June.

I do not have details as to whether it is open to nonmembers but details of liquid feeds and seed and potting composts can be copied from this site

Just harvested one of our Hotbin composters. Took two good trug loads before the collapse.

Compost Demonstration Site tours, Helpdesk and composting activities 

7th May  2- 4pm

Master Composters will offer a guided tour of the Demonstration Site, which includes approx. 30 different compost bins and wormeries plus traditional techniques and homemade liquid feeds including compost and comfrey teas and worm wee.
